Unified Field's mission is to support students and young talents on a journey of education and profound transformation, at the intersection of personal and professional development.
Our goal is to enable each student to cultivate their personal leadership and develop a professional stance based on the following fundamentals :


Our support is based on the latest discoveries in the psychology of change, neuroscience, and somatic techniques, as well as best practices in collective intelligence and participatory leadership.
Unified Field trains students to be agents of their own destiny, builders of engaged communities aware of the connections that unite them to the world.

An integral methodology for development and transformation
To have a real impact, it is essential to address three dimensions simultaneously : the Self, the connection to the Other, the Project, the Organization, and/or the World.
The sum of these three dimensions creates a speed of transformation in students and young talents that allows them to navigate more fluidly in a constantly changing world. It is also a methodology that promotes alignment between the physical, emotional, and mental realms.

The proposed activities invite students and young talents to fully engage in their respective explorations so that learning is retained at the emotional and cellular level. This requires the participation of hands, body, heart and head. Being in doing so makes it possible to make any tangible design and transformation fully experienced and integrated.

Any of development course is tailor -made to be as close as possible to the public, your need and its priorities. The content and formats are modular to serve the desired objectives. For example, certain elements can be worked individually, or be accentuated. The perimeter can also be extended thanks to the professional network of Unified Field.

About
Passionate about people and pedagogy, I have devoted over twenty years to teaching and artistic creation, convinced that education and openness are the foundations of personal and professional development. My career has led me to teach in middle and high schools and to support the implementation of innovative educational projects within the French National Education system, while continuing my theatrical work, which nourishes my sense of listening, presence, and creativity.
Benefiting from this diversity, I then focused my commitment on coaching and trained in facilitation approaches based on collective intelligence and optimizing individual potential.
Today, I design and lead programs for students, young talents, professionals, and teams, with a deep conviction: everyone can become an actor in their own transformation to build a life path aligned with their values and aspirations. I pay particular attention to the physical dimension, which is a powerful tool for learning to better understand oneself; This is fundamental to better interacting, communicating, and adapting to change.
Serving these transformations also means contributing to a more united, creative society capable of adapting confidently to the changing world.
I hold a Master's degree in Education and Training in Engineering Sciences (SIN) from the University of Évry Val d'Essonne and a Master's degree in Theater Research from the University of Paris Ouest Nanterre la Défense.
